The one year anniversary was celebrated with all graduated interns of the Academy with the theme "Educational Reform of the Solid Waste Management Sector of Lagos State: How impactful and way forward".

Activities such as Waste talks, Project presentation, mentorship class, Pop up questions, Indoor games, Dance & Vibes were carried out to commemorate the event and interns across all the sets were able to meet, connects and share beautiful memories.

Some of the projects presented include, upcycled cushion, paving stone made from plastic waste,  e-waste advocacy platform, a mechanical waste shredder etc.
