The workshop highlighted the role of youths in environmental sustainability as crucial because they are the future custodians of the planet. Young people have a significant role to play in advocating for environmentally sustainable practices, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, promoting conservation, and adopting sustainable lifestyle choices.

Participants of the workshop also showed their desire to be a part of LAWMA Academy in order to learn and practice appropriate waste management practices in contribution to a environmentally sustainable future.
